Living by the Sea

A contemporary home, sharp edges and clean lines. 

The client wanted a striking, modern family home that takes advantage of the incredible landscape around it – which means lots of open glass and windows over several floors and throughout the home.

We were happy to oblige: all external fixtures – sliding patio doors, pivot doors, and windows – used contemporary chunky sections in Iroko with a light oak satin stain finish. Internal doors and floors are made of American black walnut.
